Amelia Guevara
Hello, my name is Amelia Guevara and I’m a certified personal trainer through NCSF. I also teach Pop Pilates®.
Exercising was not always a passion of mine. I grew up fat (yes, fat, I promise it’s not a scary word) my entire life, and I didn’t know where to begin when it came to fitness until high school. This is when I met someone who taught me to love working out. Of course, I had my ups and downs the years to come, but those memories of how good activity and exercise made me feel, stuck with me. That’s when I started doing it for my own well-being, and that’s what I’d like to remind you to do as well when you hire me as your trainer.

Jerry Guerriero, M.S.
The most important thing anyone can have in life, to maintain and improve upon, is overall health and wellness. In my eyes, if you lack in either of these areas, changes need to be made. My experience and areas of interest include total lifestyle modification, improvements in all aspects of physical fitness (body composition, muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility), general fitness, weight loss/management, sports specific training, functional training, beginners, kids, adults, older adults, and clinical populations. I am confident in teaching all types of clients to maintain, improve, and transform themselves to fit their personal goals. I accomplish this by using the knowledge, skills, and abilities I have acquired over the years to improve the quality of life for many.
